Fair Well My Princess

Today we said goodbye to the most perfect of dogs, Ellie. She had so much pride and dignity she was reliable, a great, trustworthy companion and only ever wanted to be with you and please. Run free my Perfect Princess, go find Ruger and snuggle up. It was an honour to be owned by you and breathe your last breath with you. Xx💔xX

    1. A huge hole. She was always chatting and very interactive, always the centre of everything we were doing making sure it was being done right. So quiet here even with Willow and Tully.

  1. This breaks my heart (as I know it does yours) to hear this, but that is part of dog ownership (or as you put it, being owned by one). Their lives are so much shorter than ours and so we will always have to say goodbye before we are ready. On the other hand, we have so much more time to have multiples of these loyal and smile-giving companions in our lives. Lovely set of photos to remember Ellie with. Hugs from afar.

    1. I know you’re a fan of the doggy pictures at the end of the blog. They are such a joy to have but the pain of their loss when they have such trust in you to look after them is almost unbearable. The hardest of decisions.

Lovely to connect with you...
